And after that you want to perhaps tone it down, visit the newly refurbished Hamilton Island Sports Club which is equipped with squash, racquetball and tennis courts, a full gymnasium and a range of aerobics and cardio classes, spa and sauna.

For all of you golf enthusiasts, come and enjoy the 18 hole golf course on Dent Island that is designed by Perter Thomson and each hole is designed for interest and challenge with refreshments and snacks available from the roving cart. You can also perfect your swing, at the golf driving range, as you aim for the targets in the lake. Floating golf balls and a children’s playground help melt away the stress as you begin your holiday on Hamilton Island.

But if something a little different takes your fancy, try out the Hamilton Island Target Sports Centre that was opened by Olympic Medallist, Russel Mark in 1997. Offering a professional shooting range, complete with clay target shooting, small bore rifle and heavy calibre pistols, complete with safety conscious professionals who will show you how easy it is for men and women to experience the excitement. Then once you have had a go at all of that have a go at fishing, sailing, canoeing, snorkelling, jet skiing, island hoping are travelling to any one of the magnificent islands that surround you.
